Certain features of the Services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on the platform at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Paystack). We do not store your payment card details. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. GoldCity Archers reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts in Ghana.

9. Changes to These Terms

GoldCity Archers reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
